He has helped me get a computer with motherboard problems repaired and another computer with GPU problems fixed. I got a new computer and needed help so I called them and Daryl was kind enough to do a video call and walked me through my problem and eventually solved it! 10/10 Highly recommend!"

"I found Mount Vernon Computer Repair in the mist of a crisis with my work laptop. I had accidentally caused water damage and was panicked that I'd not only destroyed my laptop but lost all my important files. Working with Daryl was great. He called me back promptly, examined and diagnosed my computer all in the same day. He runs a very honest business and explained that the damage was so extensive it would be more affordable to replace the laptop. Luckily my data could be saved which was a relief. I work for a non profit that assists our wounded service members and we work tirelessly to ensure 94 cents of every dollar goes to our mission. Though his price was very fair, my organization had decided that it was in our best interest to wait on purchasing any data recovery services. When I explained the situation to Daryl he researched our organization and decided to donate his time and services to save my files. I was speechless at his generosity. He single-handedly recovered all my files and allowed me to continue working without missing a beat. I had all my files back within less than 24 hours!! Daryl is very knowledgeable, professional, a pleasure to work with and a great guy. I really cannot thank him enough for his donation and generosity. "My teenager did not properly back up her laptop. So, when it totally crashed she lost access to her English final and all her junior year school files. In a panic we called Daryl on a Sat morning. He was able to retrieve all her files and make them available for use on either a PC or Mac. We have both and were not sure which computer would be used to finish up the school year. We had the all her files by 6pm that same Sat. You will not go wrong with Daryl. His prices are reasonable and we found him knowledgeable and honest. We will be using Daryl again for any future problems."
